d.i.y. terrarium

terrariums are super popular right now and i really love them.

i wanted to make one but didn’t want to spend a ton on it.

i picked up this glass jar from hobby lobby 50% off for $4.00.  it’s really for a candle.

i found some small plants at menards – i wanted to use succulents but they didn’t have any so i’m not sure i really picked the best plants but we will see…

i read online you should use carbon (for fish tanks) to help prevent rotting (i got this jar at petsmart – its the smallest i could get but will probably last forever)

i love it and want to make more!
