Deposit is required to reserve a specific date and time for your session. For all sessions except for weddings and newborns the deposit is $50. For changes up to 48 hours prior to the session, a schedule change fee of $25 is required. For changes within 48 hours prior to the session, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required.
In the case of inclement weather when we are unable to complete your shoot, the deposit is fully refundable. Every effort will be made to complete your session as scheduled or at a mutually agreed alternate time. Cancellations due to weather will be decided as soon as reasonably possible.
For newborn sessions, no deposit is required. To ensure availability you must contact me to schedule your session within 48 hours of delivery. Any earlier notice is greatly appreciated. If you choose to not follow through with the session, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you realize you may be late, please contact me by phone or text message as soon as possible. If there is no contact and you have not arrived at the location five minutes after the session is scheduled to begin, then the session will be considered cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited in full.
Sessions end after the advertised length of time. Depending upon the circumstances we may continue to shoot beyond the end of the session time. Any photos from the extended time may be made available for an additional fee to upgrade to a longer session.Online galleries will be made available for download for seven days. The download link will be delivered by email within two weeks of the session. If you may be unable to download the photos within that time, please contact me to make alternate arrangements.
Once images are downloaded, all sales are final. No refunds will be given after images are downloaded from your online gallery. If there are issues with your images you are responsible for contacting me to discuss them prior to downloading.
